Oscar joined Satill & Miller over 10 years ago after emigrating from South Africa. With extensive experience in business consulting, auditing and taxation, his skills were considered a valuable asset to the firm.
Oscar is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, a registered tax agent and company auditor. His areas of expertise incorporate business advice, valuation and structuring, taxation consulting, GST advice, auditing, tax planning and voluntary liquidations.
Oscar's resoluteness in all that he does is paralleled in his personal life. A fitness fanatic, he has a first dan in judo, and has obtained representative recognition in both touch rugby and judo. While being a dedicated supporter of rugby union, despite his origins, he has learned to appreciate the skills of rugby league, researching all aspects of the game in pursuit of victory in the annual office tipping contest.

Raymond Loulach CA
Raymond is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, a registered tax agent and a Justice of the Peace. Raymond commenced his accounting career with Satill & Miller in 1996 and was admitted as a partner in February 2002.
Raymond’s areas of expertise include accounting, taxation and business advisory. He provides advice to a wide variety of private companies and high wealth individuals.
Raymond is an avid West Tigers fan. Raymond, to the annoyance of his wife, enjoys watching replays of the West Tigers 2005 Grand Final Win. Outside of Rugby League, Raymond enjoys playing Oztag and Soccer with his friends.

Peter Morabito CA
Peter is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a registered tax agent. After graduating from university Peter commenced his professional career with Satill & Miller.
Over the years Peter has gained considerable knowledge in the areas of accounting and taxation. He has particular expertise in the areas of retail business and indirect taxation, specialising in land tax and payroll tax.
Out of the office, Peter enjoys spending time with his young family and getting together with friends for a BBQ. Peter is also an avid sports fan, enjoying watching the socceroos and painfully following his rugby league team, the Cronulla Sharks

The dedication and commitment that Warrens brings to his work is also evident in his sporting achievements, having represented South Africa at national level in football.

She is a member of the Self Managed Superannuation Professionals Association of Australia and is a SMSF Specialist Auditor ™. Jenni specialises in all facets of superannuation and has over 10 years experience in the self managed superannuation industry.
Outside the office, Jenni enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and taking her dog, Charlie for long walks. She also enjoys travelling, playing tennis and netball and going snowboarding.
